4-Bit Arithmetic Logic Unit (ALU) and Integrated 16-Word by 4-Bit Static Random Access Memory (RAM) Design & Layout. All primitive gates used were designed & tested by me. Design done in Cadence Virtuoso. Final project of a graduate course at UM.
